Q. I paid for my order but never received it!
A. I’m very sorry for the delay and I can assure you your pattern was emailed. I always email all of my patterns within
24 hours of when they are paid for to the address on file with PayPal yet I still get this concern all the time. 99% of the
time people either have the wrong address on file or they are blocked by a spam filter which is really out of my
control. Sometimes people didn’t read the details and are expecting them to come in the mail and just deleted the
email with the pattern! Please let me know the correct email address to send it to and I'll send it again right away.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We do not accept returns since there is not anything to return. The email you receive will contain the PDF files for
you to print out at your convenience. We will however work with you in any way possible to make sure you receive
what you paid for. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact us immediately and we will work with you.
Q. How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A. Shipping is absolutely free! Why pay double or triple what it actually costs to ship items at other sites when you
can have your pattern immediately via email?
Q. I don't have a printer, will you send me my pattern?
A. Unfortunately, we only deliver via email which is how we keep our prices so low. If you don't have a printer, you can
always have us send your pattern to a friend or another email address so you can print it out there.
Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?
A. You will receive an email with in 24 - 48 hours (usually much sooner) from the time your payment is received with
your patterns attached. You just need to open and print them!
Q. I don't have Pay Pal, will you take a check or money order?
A. Unfortunately we are not set up to take personal checks or money orders at this point. However, you can use any
major credit card or debit card through Pay Pal.
Q. I'm looking for a special pattern or one you don't have listed, can you help?
A. Absolutely! I can take almost any jpg file and turn it into a pattern, just contact me to find out more!
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, all you need is an email address for me to send your pattern to.
Q. What do I receive in my email?
A. You will receive one PDF file that has your color cover page, detailed instructions and your pattern, usually
anywhere from 7-14 pages. With the pattern you also receive a floss list including quantities needed and it is coded in
DMC colors.
Q. What about floss and fabric?
A. Floss and fabric are not included so you'll need to purchase this separately.
